Joseph Francis Belland & Nicole Marie Bixler, announce their Engagement to Wed.

 The Christian Wedding will be in about 1 year to 1 1/2 years from their engagement on April 1, 2008. 

Joe asked Nicole for her hand in marriage in the Mountains of Tennessee, over looking Four States, a majestic view, while on vacation with Nicole's Family in the Mountains. 

Joe & Nicole have been dating together for over five years.  Joe meet Nicole at a Eagle Scout court of honor held in Lake Helen Florida.  Both attended the same High School (Deltona High). 

Both Joe & Nicole come from a Family strong in Scouting and Family Values. 

Joe is an Eagle Scout and works in construction, Nicole is a trained Cordon Blue Pastry Chef.

Joe is the Son of Frank & Mary Belland 

Nicole is the Daughter of Dennis & Kelly Bixler
